Many advisors come to the field from careers in human resources or organizational development. In contrast, Maureen spent 25 years providing communications and business strategies to respected brands that include Starbucks, Southwest Airlines, Mattel, Target, American Express, Seagram, McKinsey & Company and Telecommunications, Inc. She knows firsthand the pressures of profitability, delivering outstanding client service, reporting to a board and dealing with the media.

Maureen worked in communications in New York City before becoming a partner in Los Angeles’ largest independent public relations firm. She later served as CEO of a communications agency held by WPP, then the world’s largest integrated marketing firm, and was appointed the first female board member of the agency’s parent company. She is a member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and lives in Pasadena, California.
