My clients are precious to me so my goal is to make their decision to work with me simple. We begin with an initial phone conversation to learn about your business issues, goals, expectations and timing. I tell you about how I work and my fees, and we decide if there might be a fit. There is no charge for this call.

Next we’ll meet for a chemistry check and to refine the scope of the possible engagement. There is no charge for this meeting.

If we choose to proceed, we come to an understanding of your desired outcome, the scope of work, meeting schedule, timing and fees. Then work begins.

Ongoing work that involves strategic counsel usually begins with an initial all hands meeting to make certain we’re aligned on objectives and to road test new strategies and programming.

Speech prep can be a half‑day meeting to help a seasoned speaker polish technique for a specific speech, or ongoing work with a less experienced speaker or a presentation still in draft stage.

Media and interview coaching is a full-day session with the morning devoted to key message refinement and interview strategies. The afternoon is spent reviewing lessons learned through on‑camera interviews. Message training for clients previously media trained can happen in a half‑day session.

Sales presentation prep is typically two to three-day sessions depending on how experienced the team is and to what extent the Q & A has been refined.

Coaching typically involves two 90‑minute meetings per month for six months with phone or online consultation as needed.
